I was just selected by the Songwriter's Hall of Fame as one of the best new writers of 2011 and will be attending the induction in June. I was also 1 of 15 people selected to BMI's Contemporary Professional Songwriting Workshop for Spring.

I'm thrilled to tell you that I'm currently working on my first music video for the song "Broken Inside". The music video will be the next big step in my career. I have put an incredible team together (filmmaker, choreographer, dancers, costume designer), but I have several financial goals that need to be met before filming begins. I have become involved in an organization called Musicians On Call. It is a nonprofit organization formed in 1999, and it brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. Musicians On Call uses music to promote and complement the healing process for patients, families and caregivers.
